Warranty, Satisfaction Guarantee, and Refund Process
The ReBuilder System carries an 5 year warranty against defects in workmanship. If your Rebuilder malfunctions, return it and we will repair it or replace it at our option, and return it to you..
Satisfaction Guarantee
The ReBuilder carries a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. At any time within 30 days of delivery you feel that your ReBuilder has not met your expectations you have the right to return it for a full refund of your money, less the original shipping charges.
Our Conductive garments carry a 90 day warranty against defects in workmanship. Should you have a defective garment, please call us for return information. We will repair or replace the garment at our discretion. For hygienic purposes, the conductive garments are non–refundable. (Conductive garments are purchased for an additional fee, and are not included in basic order)
Refund or Exchange Process
Call us at 304-725-2202 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Place this number on the questionnaire and the outside of the package.
Please:
- Find the enclosed Questionnaire.
- Complete the questionnaire provided so we know why the ReBuilder is being returned.
- Place the completed questionnaire inside your package.
- Place the ReBuilder Electrical Stimulator, lead wires, any unused electrodes, A/C adaptor (2407 model only) and the blue bag (you can keep or dispose of the other components) in your package.
- For your records write down tracking number from the shipping company you select.
After your return is received your refund will be applied within 60 days to your credit card, or a check mailed, depending on your original purchasing method in a . Before returning the ReBuilder, please feel free to contact our Customer Service staff to see if we can make any suggestions that might help you gain the benefit you are seeking with the ReBuilder, and determine if perhaps your ReBuilder is simply not functioning properly and qualifies for a replacement or repair at our expense.
