How to order

Orders may be placed by telephone by contacting one of our courteous customer representatives Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm EST. Alternatively, you can place your order through our website by clicking on the Store link in the menu. Simply select the items that you would like to purchase. Those items will be placed in an electronic shopping cart. When you are finished purchasing you may click on the "Place Order" button to complete your order. All Internet transactions are 100% safe and secure. We use the latest and most effective encryption technologies to ensure your online experience is a safe one.


We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on your location and how soon you would like to receive your package. Shipping options are seen when you begin adding items into your shopping cart.

USPS gives you an estimated shipping time based on your location from our shipping facility. You cannot select 1, 2, or 3 day delivery. There is no price difference based on the estimated delivery day for USPS. Priority Mail through USPS does not guarantee delivery for the estimated shipping time and does not provide a money-back guarantee on its services. ReBuilder accessory items and consumables are considered personal care products and for hygienic reasons, are non-returnable including refused delivery, and therefore non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Adhesive Pads, Non-adhesive Pads, Conductivity Enhancers, Conductive Socks, Conductive Gloves, ReBuilder Foot Pads, Annular Electrode Straps, and Alcohol Prep Pads. All returns must clearly display an RMA number to be accepted.
